Welcome to Hylinker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the App

The App helps users annotate web pages and save automatically generating context information. The App can be used offline, in which case all data is stored in your own devices. Also, the App provides a cloud service to allow users store data on the cloud so that the data can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

2. User Accounts

It is not necessary to create an account if you do not use the cloud service. To use the cloud service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and store on the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, store, display, reproduce, modify and distribute your content for the purposes of providing the App.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the App to transmit any viruses, worms or other malicious code. You may not use the App to harass intimidate or threaten any person. You may not use the App to infringe on any person's intellectual property rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice under our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever and without limitation including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct indirect incidental special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App or the content contained therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware United States.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its Content (excluding User Content) features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hylinker. The Service is protected by copyright trademark and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

10. Feedback

We welcome feedback comments and suggestions for improvements to the App (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and expressly agree that any contribution of Feedback does not and will not give or grant you any right title or interest in the App or in any such Feedback. All Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of Hylinker and Hylinker may use and disclose Feedback in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever without further notice or compensation to you and without retention by you of any proprietary or other right or claim.

11. Survival

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination including without limitation ownership provisions warranty disclaimers indemnity and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms of Use we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
